Judie Kellman - Administrative Assistant
I did not know what to expect when moving to the United States from Barbados. This was a new opportunity for me and I was willing to take on the challenge. To improve my work skills, I went back to school at Empire Technical and Essex College of Business. I always had the desire for working and helping individuals with disabilities, and was able to achieve this when I was referred for a job interview at ENABLE.
I have been working at ENABLE since 1988 as the Administrative Assistant, and over the past few years, I have also had the opportunity to interact with the customers with various disabilities by interviewing and accessing them for Access Link services. I thoroughly enjoy this work and could not imagine doing anything else. It is truly a satisfying experience to work with persons of all disabilities.
